Earth peace, World peace

This holiday season, I convinced my family to celebrate Christmas the “vegan-way” and I’m so proud for having accomplished this ‘cause it’s really hard to persuade meat-loving people to eat only veggies and fruits. I did this to help support Meat Free Mondays since Christmas eve landed on a Monday hehehehe. Well of course not all of them supported my so-called “campaign” but still it was worth it.

This coming New Year, I bought sky lanterns also known as wishing lanterns for us to use instead of fireworks (FYI Fireworks are a lot more expensive than the sky lanterns!). A lot of people especially kids get harmed every year because of these fireworks and this has got to stop. Luckily, my mom liked the idea of using sky lanterns instead and now, we’re both really excited. This is going to be a new tradition for the family and I love it.

Imagine if everyone did this then the world would be a much safer and peaceful place for everyone.

SAY NO TO PLASTIC. Help save the Earth by not using straws. Small things can make a big difference!

Insom-freakin-nia (very late post)

I'm not really a fan of suspense and horror movies and I'm pretty sure I'll never be. I'm one heck of a coward when it comes to watching about ghosts and monsters 'cause I have a very imaginative mind. Not in a bad way of course. I've been sleeping with the lights on for the past few days because of all the Walking Dead series that I've watched. Well, the series is not that scary at all but it looks so gory and real that I can't get it out of my head. All the blood... (blech!) I've tried counting a lot of sheep to shake off the image but unfortunately, all I ended up seeing was a lot of living-dead sheep which is sort of weird when you try to imagine it but still..it scares the living daylights out of me.

 Now, I'm having a hard time sleeping 'cause I keep on imagining the scariest things.

Hay, I need to fix this. School has started and every second of sleep is a gift.

Hello hello hello

Hey friends! It's been long since I last posted and I'm sorry. I've been super busy these past few days... months... but I promise to make it up to you during the Christmas break. Just one more week and I'll get back to blogging mostly about food 'cause the yuletide season is all about food (at least it is for me, I don't know about you hehehe).

So there, just one more week and I'll try to update this as soon as I can! While we're all waiting for the break to arrive, I've managed to fix and revamp my SoundCloud account. I've posted about four songs and I'd really like to share it with you. :) Tell me what you think of it. Bye guys! :)
