Lace over satin

When I was looking for vintage dresses in google, I saw this dress worn by Audrey Hepburn (I think), well it's not exactly like this but it has the same concept (lace over satin).

Givenchy-inspired black lace dress over a satin black dress.
Black studded heels.

What's beautiful about this dress is that you can wear it in a lot of events! It can be worn as a formal dress, just pair it with black stockings and sky-high heels. It can also be worn as a simple cocktail dress like how I wore it in the picture.

I asked the tailor to fix the length of the dress just above the knee so that I won't look that small!

Since I don't have pictures of my recent outfits, I'm just going to post about my photos before. Here are some of the photos during my pre-debut pictorial:

Turquoise beaded top.
Black vintage lace bandeaux from Landmark.
Black capris pants from F&H.
Teal flats from Solemate.

Just add on a dash of eyeliner and a beautiful red lipstick for that vintage look! The ends of my hair here are also curled for that 60s hairstyle.

Kaye tries to blog about fashion

So, one of my friends told me that I should start my own fashion blog, well, I'd really like to but I don't have the time and I'm not an expert when it comes to dressing up. I just wear the clothes that I'm comfortable with , but posting about clothes that I like is fun.....so I told her that I'll try.

I wouldn't create a separate blog for that 'cause I'm not a fashion blogger but I'll post about some of my favorite outfits here from time to time. You can see my future-fashion posts under "Petite Schmetite" since you know I'm small but it doesn't bother me. Hihihihi... I like being small! <3

Good afternoon friends! :)
